1. Agreement

2. The service
vitls is a personal health-tracking app. It is currently free and there is no billing. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, we will give notice and you will not be charged without your agreement.
3. Eligibility

4. Not medical advice
vitls is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device or a healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a HIPAA-covered service. Nothing in the app — including any AI-generated analysis — is a substitute for professional medical judgement. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and never disregard or delay seeking advice because of something you saw in vitls. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Tell us promptly at help@vitls.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use vitls to break the law, to access or disrupt other users' data, to probe or attack the service, or to upload unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
7. Your data
Your use of vitls is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and the rights you have. You can delete your account and data at any time from within the app.
8. No warranty
vitls is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will always be preserved — though preserving your logs is something we take seriously.
9. Limitation of liability

10. Termination
You may stop using vitls and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law.
